This is my 7th week on WW and even though I plan out my menu for the week in advance (to help with the shopping) i've decided to start a food diary incase i'm going wrong somewhere, and to keep me on the straigh an narrow!

Ok so this was mondays :

Today seemed like a rubbish day from lunch time,instead of having some soup i had a hot chocolate and my homemade carbonara was rubbish :(.

I have read your diary, food diary and exercises log and just wanted to say that I admire your motivation and that you can stick to what you have planned. WOW, 17 points a day plus 4 or 5 AP is amazing! Well done!
How are you getting on with exercises routine? Don't you feel more hungry after exercise? I am always starving and on days when I do more than 1hr I need to eat some of my AP. Good luck

Nuneczka i've completed 12 days of my exercise challenge so far and tommorrow will be the last day of my second week, can't believe how quickly it's going, loving seeing the changes but it does knacker me out sometimes. As sor feeling hungry after a workout i usually do but I'm usually satisfied with a bit of fruit, bananas are particularly good for me.

Well done!!:D I've gone this week from 20 to 19 which has upset my Karma somewhat:p so good for you with sticking to 17!

Congrats on the fab weight loss too!!

I have to plan everything out a week in advance so i can stick to my points.
Altough if i lose just over 1lb this week i'll be down to 16 points a day, that will be hard, that 1 point makes the difference!
Bring on maintence so i can add on those 6 points!!!!

mmm tortillas sound lovely. Well done for being able to stick to your points so well. I'm dreading when my points go down infact im having a mini panic because i think maybe my points should have gone down!! Off to recalculate points!!!

Thanks Jo those tortillas were so filling, and very tasty, i love homemade chilli, don't htink i've gone a week of ww without having it!

I know my points are too low today but i'm going out for a meal tomorrow and will be making up those extra points I missed today.
