What time of day do you eat your packs?

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if the time of day you eat your packs effects a person's weight loss?
I have my bar at about 9.30-10ish on a night, do you think this is too late to eat?
My losses seem to be slowing and i was wondering if this could have an effect as some girls in my group are still loosing 5-6lb per week.
Hope someone can help :)

I spread mine through the day, purely for practical reasons, but in the past have had all of them in the evenings with no detriment to weightloss :)

I used to have mine at set "mealtimes", but got fed up of 'eating' them when I didn't feel I wanted anything, so now I basically just have them when I fancy something with a bit of flavour, mostly in the evenings.

Bear in mind that your weightloss will vary, and inevitably go down as you get towards your goal, I started out at 6lbs a week and am now lucky to get 3lbs even with running every day. It's just how it goes - so long as it's going in the right direction, all is good! :D

I've often thought about it but TBH I enjoy it (the exercising) so much that I don't want to force myself to stop for a few weeks and then find it hard to get back into it, when I'd much rather spend a few more weeks having the packs and keep up the good habit of the exercise at the same time.

I think, as well, that around week 10 I was getting a little bored of how LL was "doing all the work", I like to be challenged as much as possible so doing the exercise kinda makes me feel like I am "earning" my losses a bit more..... does that make sense?

It's only going to get worse come Easter - once I have a private gym in my basement, I'm going to be down there for hours on end! :p

I eat my foodpacks at quite regular times - shake for breakfast, soup about 1pm, a bar around 6pm and then normally a hot shake around 8-9pm. I started off with great weight losses, but slowed a lot over the last two weeks. I haven't changed my pack times, but I have done more walking.

Are the other girls in the group as close to goal as yourself? I think we're all different and weight loss will naturally vary. I really don't think the time we eat makes much difference. Exercise maybe does affect the loss rate, but I'm with Pete on that one.

Keep with it and you will get there. ;)

thin_inside i think you may be right, I maybe it could be due to the fact i am closer to goal than most of the girls in my group!
I've been to the gym with my personal trainer again today, it was great!
Perhaps the exercise will slow my weight loss but at least I'll be much healthier in the long run :)
Thanks for the advice everyone! xxx
