Im going to start a food diary because ive been reading some others and i seem to be eating more than others so i you can have a peek and see what you think, thanks.xx

red day = HEa 350ml skimmed milk for tea and coffee.
breakfast - fat free yog and fruit (apple,blueberries and strawberries)
dinner - in the slow cooker chicken breast, leeks, carrots and swede.
will also have cauli and brocc
