HELP NEEDED QUICK!!!!!!!!!!!!

hey all

i need a copy of the leaflet that tells you what you can eat on the step up plans my CDC doesnt have any and im going away in the next week and wont get hold of one before i go they wont be ordering anything till friday!

can someone post me one if i pay the postage and cost of leaflet etc!?!?

on the cambridge web site there is some more info and you can download the pink booklet!!! or go on the 790 thread think its on there??
