and ew! had an original porridge sachet.. Think I should get used to it.. Think it's the artificial sweeteners I object to (the taste of) and the slightly yellow colour! but not that bad. At least it meant I had to wash it down with a half a pint of water hahaha... so that bit's easy so far!

and :eek: because I just got on the wii fit for the first time in 101 days (ha!) ... I want to get an automatic graph for my weight loss... But in those 101 days I've put on 13 lbs :( Holy moly :(

I like the porridge-plain- not the apple flavour. I put ginger in or sprinkle mixed spice on the top.My CDC says its o.k. to add a few seeds also or even sultanas.

You wait.. a few weeks on CD and if you ever cheat you'll be like 'eww' about something that is 'normal'! lol

You will get used to them.. and the shakes too, but finding out what you do and don't like is part of the process :)

Good luck - stick to it and we'll be congratulating you on your losses in no time! :D
 
I now get really excited when I know I can have a porridge, I too prefer the plain porridge to the apple and cinammon! Good luck with the diet and let us know how you are getting on.
 
Well I just had the spicy tomato soup and i hvae to say it was pretty tasty!! Definately my favourite so far.. the milkshake (choc orange) was OK but nothing to shout about... but yeah the soup was nice. Although there was a big of a weird white froth which I found a bit odd so tried not to look at it too much! hahaha

other than that I've found day 1 pretty easy really. Not overly hungry, just my usual peckishness that I feel nearly constantly usually!! the stupid thing with eating "normally"- i'd always feel my hungriest JUST AFTER eating dinner.. how f'd up is that..!
 
I love the choc mint shake I could live on those for the rest of my life yum yum yum yum xxxx
