aaaahhhh mornings!!!

hey all im on 4th day and really struggling in mornings feel really dizzy week and shaky but after lunch i feel better but i dread the mornings :mad:
just wondered if any1 felt the same and they had any tips???
 
Have a shake first thing hun, will fill u full of good stuff n giv u energy.. i suppose its just cos ur bloody sugars will be low...

try an take it easy an do stuff slowly til u feel better

but reachin day 4 is fantastic, keep up the hard work! xxx
 
Yeah what the others said.
If you feel like that maybe have your first shake first thing so your body is getting some calories and nutrients - this may help :)

hey had my shake first thing felt bit better but still struggling with the morning am completly fine and energetic in evenings which is weired because i used to binge badly!!
thanku all for ur advice you are all doing amazing im hoping i wont be disapointed on wed at weigh in xx
