please explain them both???

I've never heard of the Unit but the JUDDD is basically having a day where you eat whatever you want followed by a day of strict calorie counting, something like 800 calories I think
 
Hiya. There's a post a couple down the board from this titled 'what is the unit diet' and it has a link to Jigsaw Slimming.

At the top of the board, click the link says 'upday downday calculator. That'll help you work out your calories, it's basically calorie restriction.:)
