Well done thats fantastic - you did really struggle this week so I hope you dont feel so bad next week.
I like the porridge for breakfast, have a hot chocolate for lunch (interchanging the choc, choc mint and choc orange) and then I make the chicken and mushroom soup into a poppadom so I get a good mix of tastes and textures - I couldnt survive on just cold shakes!!!!!
