Couldn't do it ;(

Well I did try drinking water last night but couldn't do it! So kicked out of ketosis :mad: I have a 3 more evenings out planned over the the next 5 weeks so hoping not to fall off the wagon! I'm straight back on the shakes today which is good for me as normally I just want comfort food when I'm hungover. And I'm sooooo thirsty so the water intake is going well already today. Surprisingly not feeling too bad anf guilty about drinking, oh and I had to eat something yesterday cos I wasn't going out without food in me, I had half a chicken breast and some salad, and was shocked that I was full up after that! :D Weigh in is on Thursday so hoping for another 2 this week - wonder if thats achievable now ive eaten and drank? :sigh:
 
Hey hon,

I think it's achievable, I ate the same thing as you and drunk last Saturday and managed to still loose. The weight loss this week has been really slow though, so far only 1lb gone since Wednesday, so I think I got out of ketosis briefly.

You shouldn't beat yourself up too much over it, just make sure you stick to the diet from now on.

I had about 6 vodka and lemonades and 2 apple sours :( Don't like vodka and tonic which would have been perfect - just don't like it!
 
Yeah I know it tastes like poop lol!!

It will probably take you a few days to get back in to ketosis but think you will still lose this week even if its only a little x

it is dangerous to drink while in ketosis ( so i was told )
