Fat Fighter!!!!
Well I did try drinking water last night but couldn't do it! So kicked out of ketosis I have a 3 more evenings out planned over the the next 5 weeks so hoping not to fall off the wagon! I'm straight back on the shakes today which is good for me as normally I just want comfort food when I'm hungover. And I'm sooooo thirsty so the water intake is going well already today. Surprisingly not feeling too bad anf guilty about drinking, oh and I had to eat something yesterday cos I wasn't going out without food in me, I had half a chicken breast and some salad, and was shocked that I was full up after that! Weigh in is on Thursday so hoping for another 2 this week - wonder if thats achievable now ive eaten and drank? :sigh:
