Oh you do right!
When I want food it is the same, it is never because I am hungry. I think it just proves how unhealthy me relationship with food is. So in some ways it is making me appreciate the diet more. I am grateful it is helping me move away from that.

You are right that you can do it and just think how close it is to bedtime and then you've got another day 100% out of your way!

good luck:hug99:

Wrap 'em up tight in plastic, and then put them in the freezer. They'll keep until you reach goal, and then you can dole them out one at a time as part of your new, healthy eating habits.

Or give them to me and ill mind them . lol ;-)

Lots of empathy for you here, too! I think pancake day has been the worst day this week, and I really struggle not to eat the children's leftovers. It does show me how much I was eating though. I wasn't eating terribly unhealthily, but just everything in sight! I make sure the plates are scraped into the bin straight away now so temptation is taken away.
