Ill - can I take anything

I really have a rotten stinking cold, nose running, head hurts and eyes streaming, all I want to do is get home under my duvet with a bowl of tomato soup......I know that wont be happening though!! Can I take anything like cold & flu or is that a no go??

i had a cold on LT when i did my first round, i asked in chemist he knew i was on Lt he gave me stuff with no sugar , (Robitussin ) range,
you could go in and ask them see if they can help .. Hope you feel better soon

you have to be really careful even with the ones that are sugar free because of the coating on capsules etc. when i was ill I was told that it would be okay for me to have day and night nurse and that took me out of ketosis.. the only thing you can take is Paracetamol. But obviously if your pharmacist said its ok.... then its ok

Hey ive just got over being sick and I took tescos max 2 in 1 cold and flu relief and i stayed in ketosis xxx
