saturated fat calculation...

i have just been on the ww forum and someone said that if saturated fat content isn't given you just halve the total amount of fat.

is this right?

How spooky I was just coming to start a thread about this. I know the sat fat can often be less than half but I tend to work on halving if the amount isn't given.
