HOW MANY POINTS ARE PANCAKES?!

Don't really know for pancakes, but Crêpes are similar here and it's 1 point for a 30g crêpe with NO sugar in the mix and 2.5 points for a big 50g crêpe with sugar in the mix.

Needs a kick
There is a recipe for 0.5 point pancakes knocking around.....
1 egg
half pint skimmed milk
125g flour
coking oil spray
1) put the flour into a bowl and break the egg into the centre
2) Add the milk gradually beating into a batter.
3) Pour the batter into a jug.
4) Heat a non-stick frying pan.
5) pray lightly with low-fat cooking spray.
6) Pour in 3 tbsp batter and quickly swirl the pan to coat the base.
7) Cook until the batter becomes firm and bubbles appear.
8) Flip the pancake over
Had them on tuesday and really yummy! 0.5 does not count for sugar or any filling :O) Enjoy!
