I've just decided on my next mini goal to work towards.
The first two were (and achieved before the planned date)
2 stone by Jan - Done 16th Dec
21 pounds before 28th Feb - Done 17th Feb
So now I've set my next mini goal.
I want to lose another 21lbs before the 29th of May (my son's 19th birthday). I looked so fat and grotesque in the photographs at his 18th birthday last year, it's upsetting.
By losing that 21 lbs, it will also mean that I will be half way to target. I never thought I'd say that to be honest, or that I'd feel happy to be half way. But when I started in October 2008, I had a grand total of 10 stone to lose. So getting half way there will be fantastic for me!
