Not done LT properly since last year when I lost about two and a half stone, I've put about half a stone back on but feel really fat, like there's a big fat girdle round my middle. I need a few weeks back on the wagon. I keep promising to do it but just can't start.

Thought I'd start yesterday but didn't, can't start today because I've scoffed already. :sigh:

Can somebody kick my arse into gear please?:copon:

I know I can do it, I deflate rapidly if I put my mind to it but my mind has been elsewhere and I can't focus. :4635:
 
if you only need half a stone off then you can console yourself with the fact that you really only need to do LT one week and refeed the next.

Or if you really want to eat why not try the maintenance route? Weightloss is slower but you can eat:)
 
Very true, you should just take the jump, the sooner you start the soonner you are done... go for it!
 
just get it started have a shake as soon as you wake so you dont eat anything

I used to wait till about 11am for my first shake. I should put a sachet by my bed and get going....

Ditto what everyone else is saying - sooner you start it - sooner you will be at your goal! Just think how much better you will feel -so get shaking. x
