It looks like another bright morning :)

I had my weigh in last night, 2 days early as I am working Wednesday night. I lost half a pound. I really enjoyed the exercise class too.

I had an overwhelming urge for fish and chips on the way home. I did buy some, but only a childs portion, which is much more restrained than I would normally be. :break_diet:

Better make sure I get back onto the straight and narrow today.

Oh F.A.R............. I was beginning to think that life didn't exist here!
Its so quiet! I'm sure there must be loads of us and I really wish we were more vocal and supportive of one another.
Its the one thing I miss from the RC online site. I don't miss anything else, as it didn't work! (the diary etc)
I've had a good day today, and only had my calorie allowance. I'm looking for a good loss next wednesday.
How are you doing?

Well this week ive done none!! Ive been so ill with totm i could just about drag myself to work. I'm very surprised i had this great a loss.

The rest of the time i try to do 3 gym sessions and then my rc class on a Wednesday.

WOW ! that's great - you're doin really well on RC :) it's a great plan - some find it tough to stick to....but the results are always great !

keep up the great work....

Well done F.A.R. thats a really good loss this week.
1 1/2 stone in 5 weeks!!! Thats actually fantastic! (That was my sort of loss when I was on Lighterlife).

Debz - I don't think that the RC diet is really very difficult, but I think you need to be a foody, and like to cook from scratch with good ingredients. My problem is that its all so tasty, I want more than the portion sizes you're supposed to have! :)

I'm going to pour myself a small G&slimlineT now........all calorie counted!
