Struggling! Anyone want a diet buddy?

I have really struggled the past couple of weeks - work and loads of other stuff has been really stressful, haven't had time to get to group and I've lost the plot with SW and have probably undone all the good work I put in in the first couple of weeks.

I was wondering if anyone wanted a diet buddy so we can help keep each other on track? I always find it really easy to offer advice to people who are struggling but can never see what to do myself when thing go a bit wrong! I don't really know many people at my group at the moment, so getting to know some other SW members would be great :D
 
Hey hun- we are all slimming buddies here- just shout and we'll come and help ya out! I too have been up and down these last two weeks- seem to be good all day but then raid the cuboards at night :( But i am determined to get back on track and i still continue to food optimise- hopefully this set back will be done sooner rather than later! x
 
i could use all the support and encouragement that i can get at the moment!

i'm not struggling with the plan, but have hit a sort of weight loss plateau and am finding it difficult to remain upbeat about it.
I have been tempted several times to just go right off plan and have what i want, but am reminded of the 2st 5lb that i have lost so far and how the same again will see me within spitting distance of target!

work and other stressors do knock you out of balance from time to time. i think the best thing is to draw a line under the bad days and get back to it.
one days damage is more easily reversed than a weeks worth!
 
Hi agent44, I just started SW last week and am doing it at home - I joined this forum for some support and motivation and it's been great! Anything that I have asked has been answered really quickly and in a way that I can understand (couldn't get my head around the EE plan!). I think a diet buddy is a great idea - we all need support at times - I'm going to stick with this forum as I find it invaluable and it's only my first week - my first WI is tomorrow so am hoping to have at least lost 1lb!
