I have really struggled the past couple of weeks - work and loads of other stuff has been really stressful, haven't had time to get to group and I've lost the plot with SW and have probably undone all the good work I put in in the first couple of weeks.
I was wondering if anyone wanted a diet buddy so we can help keep each other on track? I always find it really easy to offer advice to people who are struggling but can never see what to do myself when thing go a bit wrong! I don't really know many people at my group at the moment, so getting to know some other SW members would be great
