I'm getting nowhere HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi everyone.
I have a good day then 6 bad ones. I just cant get the motivation. Any ideas, i'm still the same as I was 4 weeks ago.

And welcome to WW @ minimins.

I'll tell you what works for me is find a pic or remember the reason that made you want to start WW'ers and everytime you have a weak moment bring that thought or pic to the forefront of your mind. Mine was pics of me in Turkey last May...they were awful to say I had a double chin was an understatement - so I've got a pic pinned on my fridge!

Its hard but you can still eat much of what you fancy within reason - and as long as you try to stick with your points and fill up on veg fruit or 0 point soups or jellys it should work ;o) x

Hello and welcome to the board.
First of all and in my experience of healthy eating etc you have to have the right mind set and want to do it for you..:eek:

What are you finding difficult?
let us know what you are doing at the mo ie-menu,water,exercise etc and we may be able to help.
chin up hunny,noone is perfect (im not thats for sure!!)we are all here to encourage+support each other. xx
 
Aw hun, sorry to hear you're finding things difficult but as said above you really have to be in the right frame of mind. I was also going to suggest reminding yourself of why you want to do this. Do you not have an event coming up that you could aim to lose say "a stone" by to give you some motivation?
 
Again the same here sorry to hear you are finding it hard. I really find WW the best diet around. I lost 3 stone and over time holidays, my 30th, xmas and generally not getting back into it i have managed to put it back on. So a few weeks ago i went on Lipotrim, i was on it for 4 days and i can honestly say that was the worst 4 days of my life. It was truely horrible. It has made me think which i have said b4 on here its either WW or something as drastic as that. It has made me think how much you do need food and to eat sensibly. I find WW a great diet as said above you have what you want within reason! I always make 0 point soup as its great when your feeling a bit hungry and i take it too work with me......You have to really want to lose weight or theres no point. I have GOT to coz i look at pics of myself 3 stone lighter and i look fab even though i was still overweight (bit depressing really) But i know i can and will get there again....So just try and keep it up and when you have a couple of weeks weigh in and your near the 1st stone mark you will feel so much better! Also stay to class which i have never done but do now!!!!! x
 
I agree completely that mind set is the big thing. You have to be in a place where you really want to lose weight. I have tried every diet and failed after a couple of days cause I didn't really want to lose it, still loved food more than the idea of losing weight. If you really want this it will happen. You have to see the choc bars and things as a big treat, I was shocked when I realised a snickers was a third of my daily allowance...suddenly it doesn't taste so good! I am sure you will get there! Take each day as it comes, write everything down and be a mean mamma to your horrid brain that tells you take another biscuit! :)
