hi there

im having a red day today and am doing a lovely rost chicken with loads of veggies. trouble is i really really fancy mashed potato but am not sure on the syn value s it only has it in raw quantities in my sw book. has any 1 got any ideas, also can i use use it as hexa? or does it have to have skin on

I think you can have it as a Hexb - I usually have potatoes roasted with a couple of sprays of Fry light on them with my Sunday lunch. Did a taste test on the OH last week and he couldn't tell the difference between mine and his which had been basted in fat!

Yep just checked on the site, it's 227g of baked potato raw weight - I must admit I hadn't considered that you should have the skin for it to be a HE....anyone else?

Just out of curiosity how many HEXS do u plan to have today? Would it not be worth while making ur red day into an extra easy day. Thats what im doing today for my first proper roast in 6 weeks hehe!! xx

hi

yeah i had thought about doing an ex easy day but i was meant to have yest as red and ended up having ex easy as my bro came over and we demonlished chilli and rice!!!
