Thinking of either LT or CD

Slimming for my children
is there much difference?
I used to do CD and put on so much weight back on its untrue.

But now my situation has changed. I work 12 hour shifts and also work alot of overtime so cant really set myself a day where i can go to someones house every week. I have emailed the guys at cd to see how they can help but was wondering how i would go about lt and how many flavours there are as I know there are quite a few ones with tetra bricks etc pre made whic would be ideal for my workplace

Any advice would be amazing!

Hi Hun, I did lipotrim and found it hard to get to the appointments, so had to stop. I'm now doing W8. You can chose to do it online, which is great for me. There is loads of choice concerning mealpacks and a weekly assignment to help you deal with emotional issues.

It was my first day yesterday and I feel fine, so im not sure what the weight loss will be but i'll let you know.

the only down side is the message board for W8 on here is sooo quiet and I miss all you guys!! xxx

I've done LT and CD. I personally found CD worked better for me purely because of the tetras and the bars (which are lovely where as LT bars are from the devil!!!)....if I ever went out, I didn't have to worry about my shake coz I had it ready made there to drink or I'd have a lovely bar.

i have only done LT and i work shifts, however i dont have a problem getting to appointments as i can just shift them a day either way

also i enjoyed it as i found it really motivating especially with this forum

If you like the variety of flavours on CD, then I wouldn't recommend LT. I started on LT, then switched to CD as the flapjacks are pure evil. Repeated on me all day. Gross.
Only shake flavours are vanilla, strawberry and chocolate.
I prefer CD, but LT works really well and I commend everyone who has stuck to LT- I'm in awe! xxx

W8 is around £50 a week, which for me was the same as LT plus bus fares. Its gets delivered and they are introducing bars soon. I guess its a case of trying and seeing. :)
