Apologies if this has been asked before but I've searched and can't find! Saw Japanese Rice Crackers in Julian Graves shop today - does anyone know how many syns they would be please, or maybe even....whispers...free on green??

Which particular Rice Crackers are they? I work in Julian Graves and we do several different kinds ... some baked, which I'd imagine would be your best bet syn-wise, and some made with palm oil, which are probably way too high!

OK, just had a look on our website and the best ones would be the Baked Japanese Rice Crackers, which are 99% Fat Free. No calorie info on the site, but I'd imagine you could safely have these. I'd treat them the same as SnackaJacks, syn-wise.

Hi, thanks very much for that - I didn't think to look for a website!! Nice to have something new to try, I'm a bit fed up of Ryvita minis :)

I've been getting the Asda or Morrisons ones - does anyone know the syns? The Asda ones are practically fat free (0.1g saturated per 100g)
