Extra Easy question

I know that when doing an Extra Easy day it's only allowed to have one HEA and one HEB but I'm sure I saw somewhere that you can take cheese as a HEB choice so you can have milk and cheese on an EE day.

Can't seem to find it in the book though.....am I going mad??

yes i asked my consultant that and you can have milk and cheese on an ee day
