Hey Guys,
Just fancied letting you into my thoughts of today!!

Diet Chef has changed my life, my whole attitude to food has changed and I feel more in control than ever! I also actually believe that I will make my target weight for 27th August!!! :)

I just can't eat like I used to! I decided to have a change for brekkie and had my granola with 150grams of natural yogurt, and I am totally stuffed (like 2 pieces of chocolate cake and a packet of crisps stuffed!!) Next time will only add half the yogurt!!

I may have sneaked on the scales this morning too!!! But will keep you all in suspense till tomorrow!! I am going to get a before pic up and I will take a picture of me today and you can all let me know if you can see a difference!

Anyone thinking about doing Diet Chef, go for it, all it requires is a microwave!, fruit, water, veg and some will power!!

Well done! I think you've done amazingly amazingly well.

I think I'm going to go for it and order a 5 week pack today.

I know what you mean about the not being able to eat the same - I think I can and then just make myself ill - hopefully my head will kick in shortly cos frankly, my body just can't handle my bad habits.

Can't wait until tomorrow :D

I totally aggree with you and I only feel hungry just before each meal !!

Oh yeah - and all my cravings are gone !

Even the need for my wine is lessening !!:eek:
