HI i've only just heard about this diet, and after trying everything including diet pills it seems tempting. Just spoke to my local councilor who explained a few things and invited me for a talk on sunday. Whats holding me back at the moment is the thought of paying £49.00 a week (which is quite a lot at the moment) and not having the will power to stick it, i will be fine with the packets but when it comes to making an evening meal will i be able to control it. i have about 2 stone to loose and it does upset me most of the time when i have to drss up to go out.
Help please< im confussed

Urm. Was it the lighter life lite you were talking about? The full LL prog is £66 a week so I presume that's what you mean.

In regards to your other queries, yes it seems a lot of money at the outset but then often when you take off the cost of your usual food bill with everything on it, plus money spent on coffee, snacks etc, for many it ends up cheaper or the same certainly for the full LLers.. You should only be spending minimal on what you need for evening meal on LLL - I did hear that things like a big bag of quorn is like £1 so there are ways around that.

With the will power, any diet requires some willpower obviously, but the key thing is that you are not hungry on this diet. After the first week you are in ketosis which suppresses appetite, and means that it isn't too difficult to resist pigging out on food. Once you get into it, it just becomes a habit. But you get weekly CBT which should help you realise why you need to lose that 2 stone?

Good luck with it, whatever you decide.
