Did it take you long to get this thinking out of your head after joining SW.
Ihave done so many diets in the past, Weight Watchers, Atkins, Low gi etc but I am struggling to get past the restrictive thinking.
For example, the Pasta n sauce ot flavoured rice that are unlimited on a greed day, i wuldnt have touched these before and im still wary of eating them now.
Even on a red day Im scared of eating too much of the likes of bacon or steak or whatever it happens to be.
I suppose itll just take time but i definitely think im not eating enough because of this thinking.
Did anyone else feel like this at the start?
