Is there a special ingredient in the shakes that fill us up - or is it the water consumption. I always have a pint of water before having a shake, and 2 sips in to the shake, I'm full. A great feeling
Funny though, cos when I went for lunch the other day I had had plenty water and a shake, but I still tucked into a salad! And didn't feel full when I started, but half way through I was! Wierd, but good
