So much energy and so happy!

I am on day 6 now and I have so far really enjoyed CD! I havent had any problems whatsoever, it's just fabulous! Today I weighed myself (I know it's naughty, but the scales are there!) and I have lost a stone so far, which is really brilliant!

The other thing I have noticed is how much energy I seem to have now. I got home yesterday and I just got loads of housework done before I sat down!! Normally I would get home sit down, eat junk and just think about housework!!

And... I am just so happy! Before Christmas I was quite depressed, mainly due to my job. I changed my job and so felt better in the New Year, but the last week, I have noticed how happy I have been feeling! Really really happy. I have been humming and smiling and just feel really chilled!


It's wonderful! I hope it carries on this well!
 
Brilliant news bunny and looks like you are going to have a fab first weigh in :)

I feel the same I have so much more energy now and don't get that horrible bloated lethargic feeling anymore.

My house has never been so tidy :)

That's a great feeling isn't it? I'm on day 13 and last week I said to my CDC that the thing that motivated me MORE that the weight loss(12lbs) was that I felt SO much better. Made me realise how sluggish I'd become!

You are so, so right! That feeling of energy and exhiliaration was way bigger motivation even that the weight loss. I think it the carbs that make you sluggish and down. I have been struggling a bit since reintroducing carbs over Xmas so it is of interest to me to find out what I need to cut out or cut down on. I plan to experiment with my diet to find the one that keep me healthiest psychologically although I have also found that introducing exercise this week has also made a big different on my feeling of well being.

Keep up the good work girls. The rewards are so worth it!
