Hi fellow loosers!

Truth be told I havn't been doing much loosing of late!

So I have my start dated and I'm back to full SS on the 4th.

How has everyone been getting on are we all seriously motivated!:slap:not to be falling off the wagon!

Im with you .... Ive been off it for two years and lost 10 stones the last time around so a bit ashamed I let it all go back on but if I dont start I wont get there. Good luck.
