CS v SF

I am struggling with the no carbs thing, but would rather use CS shakes as I like them and prefer them as they aren't made up with milk

If I used CS shakes and a low fat diet that includes carbs, like you would on SF why wouldn't it work? I can't see a reason why I use shakes as per SF and a proper evening meal.
