In case you were all wandering I have updated my ticker to reflect that I already have my 1/2 stone award from end of jan when doing SW, however not sure if that will stil be case on Monday when I get weighed!! xx
It doesnt matter Huni, you have still lost it. Its up to you whether you feel that you will change it after weigh in on Monday and start to see it move again in the right direction, or wait until you get to the same place.
