Does this look ok?

I'm trying my first Success Express day today. I really need a boost as I'm feeling pretty crappy at the moment.

So, here's what I plan to eat today. Could someone tell me if it looks alright? Thank you...

Breakfast
3 slices honeydew melon, a nectarine and some grapes with very low fat natural yoghurt.
Lunch
Lots of salad leaves, cucumber and cherry tomatoes with seafood sticks
Apple
Dinner
Roast veg (BNS, courgette, carrot, onion, pepper, aubergine) and steamed broccoli, and a small turkey steak.
Forest fruits and a meringue nest (syns) with vlf natural yoghurt.

I know I've not had any HEs A or B in there, but I will fit something in somewhere...

It looks good to me but you do realise that you can mix free green and free red food in your 1/3 allowance? eg, dinner could be roast veg & broc (2/3) and turkey & new pots (1/3)

Thanks Stacey - I hadn't fully realised that. I was thinking of having new potatoes as a HE!

SE is like a restricted version of EE.

1/3 can be free green and red foods at same meal
2/3 superfree foods

You can have seconds but have to keep to the same ratio of 2/3:1/3

You still have 2 HEX A's and 2 HEX B's.

Still have 5-15 syns (counted at higher value)

Snack on superfree foods. If you snack on food that is only 'free' food (ie ham) you have to count it as syns - same as if you have it as a starter. Ie, if you have parma ham and melon for a started you'd have to count the syns for the parma ham (based on green day value syns).

I think all that is right but I've not got my book in front of me so hopefully someone can correct me if I'm wrong!

Ah I see! Thank you.

That makes sense. Well, complicated but sense. Can't I eat cake for a week and lose 4lbs?!

youl be trumping for england luv!! lol xx

Hahah! I don't suffer to badly with the trumps really. I eat loads of roast veg and fruit most weeks. When I first started back on SW it made me fart like a trooper but I've adjusted now!

Ladies don't trump... it's just a little bum-sigh :giggle:
