Ok guys so, i am thinking of maybe starting some form of exercise next week but have no clue what to do!

I like the idea of cycle classes but this is alot of cardio work isnt it - is cardio work the most beneficial for this diet? or will i just burn off the massive :)rolleyes:) 450 cals im having a day - and if so will that matter?!!!!!!

Hopefully one of you knowledgeable bunch will know!

hi when i went to get weighed today i asked her and she said 20 mins a day on a bike is fine but its so hard as have no energy lol hope this helps sarah x

best thing to do is cardio yes, many gyms will cater for people on special diets (e.g. Lipotrim)
what I got told to do was 20minutes cardio on the treadmill
walking slow - to jogging/walking fast
alternating between to two

slow - 4mins
fast - 6mins (fast part on an incline)

I am going to start swimming next week (once kids are back at school!), that way I figure if am tired, I can do it at my own pace :)

Yep, I hate gyms so think i might go swimming... But dont feel comfortable to get in a bikini just yet!!

i wouldnt do the cycle classes very intense

in gym i do cross trainer anywhere between 20 and 35 minutes

then bit of treadmill and bike as well.

Also select the fat burner button as opposed to the cardio button as this you aim to get to a lower more beneficial heart rate. It also moderates the resistance so you dont have to mess about with it yourself

oh cool - thanks :D:D:D:D:D:D

i do a lot of walking as my job ivolves it. i can walk up to 5 miles if not more a night. i go to the gym now and again now aswel just do bench pressing trying to keep my strength up etc but since ive been on lipotrim and lost a couple of stone i seem to have boundles energy. Im like a duracell bunny i tell ya lol

The last time I did LT I had no idea that I shouldn't have been pushing it at the gym. I was chatting with the lady who weighed me and I was pulling off huge ammounts of lbs a week - I told her I was gyming it too. She advised against it - but I carried on and lost over 2 stone really quickly. I felt awful though when I was in the gym - I had no energy at all. This time I just plan on doing some gentle walking and swimming to start.
