Ok guys so, i am thinking of maybe starting some form of exercise next week but have no clue what to do!
I like the idea of cycle classes but this is alot of cardio work isnt it - is cardio work the most beneficial for this diet? or will i just burn off the massive rolleyes 450 cals im having a day - and if so will that matter?!!!!!!
Hopefully one of you knowledgeable bunch will know!
