Don't be sad.. To be honest a 2 pound loss is still a loss! Some weeks on LighterLife I lost nothing at all even though I religiously followed the diet. Your body has a mind of it's own, and some days you may be retaining more water than others, some days maybe it's just not in the mood!
Nah.. 2 pounds is never the less a great achievement, don't be disappointed! To be honest, if your first week was a 9 pound loss, a lot of it was water weight. This week it's pure fat being lost instead of just reserves and water!
