I am so desperate for something sweet,i'm at work going to the shop in a min can anyone recomend something thats not huge in syns

A fudge bar?? I think they are 5 or 6 syns. I think the lowest is a curly wurly, but cant remember off the top of my head sorry Hun.

Sugar free jelly pots are half a Syn each. Alpen lights are 2 for HE B or 3 Syns each
