Water Flavourings and Mousse Mix Quantities

As I often read threads where some clients are experiencing slow weightloss or no weightloss or experiencing hunger, I have obtained guidance from head office with regard to the amounts of added extras you are allowed.
You are allowed either:

1 teaspoon of fruit waterflavouring a day
1 teaspoon of veg waterflavouring a day
1 scoop of mousse powder per day (2 teaspoons)

You are not allowed to have one of each.

By having more than the recommended amounts the above, slowing down of weightloss or feelings of hunger can occur.

can you have the mousse powder in week 1???
i would like to have a varied tastes tickling my taste buds so i dont get bored!!

All of the above are not recommended until week three.

The mousse has no flavour in itself it is added to the shakes to thicken them.

great ... thanks for that ... will have something to look forward to in 3 weeks

Quick question just had to buy the fibre mix, is that ok with the mousse as my cdc was not to sure?????? Don't do the water flavourings as i just lurveee water lol

We don't have the mousse in the US. Is there anywhere I could get some from the UK????

Aww my cdc said i could have the mousse and i only started yesterday! Should i not be using it then. i have only used it once last night!

Hi Bonzo. i dont know if you can sent it thro the post but i can always buy you some from my CDC and ship it over to you (at cost and shipping cost) if that helps you but dont know the customs rules??

Thats a shame...... but thanks for the offer YummyMummy04. What about if I were to be in the UK. Could I make an appt with a CDC and buy some??

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, I don't use mix-a-mousse but was planning on getting some.....I won't now as I really enjoy my water flavouring

and speaking of which, is the one teaspoon rule set in stone so to speak? What I mean is, if say two teaspoons didn't knock you out of ketosis or make you feel hungry would it be ok to have? I'm just wondering as we all seem to have different threshholds for carbs (for example with the bars) and thought that the amount that would be 'bad' might be different from person to person?

Well this information has come a little late. Why does it not state this on the instructions? I've had more than a teaspoon per day of the water flavour and also had mousse on the same day. If the CDC is supposed to relay this information, why is it that so many people haven't been told?

I tried adding the fibre89 to a mousse and it didn't thicken up very much at all. I ended up drinking it anyway, except for a thin top layer that was a bit thicker.

Hear, hear - I'm only on my second day, but I still need to know things like this, as I've had mousse and water flavour on both of my days. I've emailed my CDC with the info, so will be interested to see what she says. (I also need more than a teaspoon of flavouring, but I would happily give that up for the mousse! :) )

Question for cd counsellor

why is it each cdc gives out mousse or flavourings at different weeks??????
