Well, I am on my first day!
Had the chocolate slim fast drink for breakfast, and the same for lunch.
After lunch I snacked on around 120 calories worth of fruit and nuts.
For my 600 calorie evening meal, I have made chicken soup. I did not count the calories exactly, however apart from the chicken it was mainly vegetables!!
I drank 1 litre of water at work, and one litre since I got home. I hope to have another 1 litre this evening.
I have soup left over for tomorow! It was so tasty, I'm proud of myself lol
