My Diary - Healthy Eating & Liposinol

Okay so i am starting a weight loss diary. I am not following a specific diet plan, i am basically just eating three healthy meals a day as well as one bag of hula hoops a day (my vice) and drinking 2 litres of water a day. Added to that i am taking one liposinol at brekky, two at lunch and three at dinner time.

I am doing this diary so that you can see how i do, but also so that i can track my progress.

Last week (Monday 9th Feb) i weighed in at 11 st 9lbs (I am 5'4''). I immediatly started my healthy eating / liposinol plan and when i weighed myself today (monday 16th) i can see that i have lost 4lbs as i now weigh 11st 5lb. HOWEVER i had a very naughty weekend so imagine how i might have done i i had been good :)

so tonight i will come back on here and fill in what i ate. I will do the same every night and will make sure i weigh myself next monday... or maybe even sooner... :)
 
Todays weight: 11st 5lb

Breakfast: Cheerios and skimmed milk
Activia Yoghurt

Lunch: Tuna, Lettuce, broccoli and Jacket Potato

Snack: Hula Hoops

Dinner: 1/4 Cup Rice with handful of chicken, onion and weight
watchers tomato pasta sauce

Drinks: 2 Ltr Water and one cup of tea

Did not feel all that hungry today which seems to have happened since ive started on liposinol. Body feels fine and all in all everything seems as normal. :)

Lunch: CousCous and Chicken Fillet with
veg and a fruit salad

Snack: 2 pieces of toast with wafer thin
salami
one bag hula hoops

Dinner: Jacket potato and Plain Cod

Drinks: 2 ltrs of water and 2xCans of
Diet coke

Felt good today but feeling hungry now boohoo.... what can i do to not eattttttt :cry:
