HEXB advice please..

im doing extra easy and want to take some crackers to work to have for lunch, thing is ive run out of scan bran and ive only got crackerbreads (wholemeal) in the cupboard....can i have these? and if so how many?


They look like this but wholemeal...

only i cant seem to find an alternative in the examples given...
any help would be appreciated

I won some of these in the raffle last week... was surprised how nice they are! My consultant said that you could have 6 as a B. I took them in for lunch, along with 6 laughing cow x lights (HEXA) and only ate 4 at lunch, then 2 after school with my marking. Yummy!!!

I love these, it'd be great if you can have these as a HEXB

ah brilliant Emz, thats what i was hoping to hear!!!
hmmm got some extra light laughing cow in the fridge too, just gotta take some cherry toms and ill be done
