What the best way to cook Quorn sausages?

I've only tried them once, fried with Fry light. I thought they were yuk frankly! I'm doing a green day tomorrow and wanted to use them sliced in couscous.

Could I maybe bake them in the oven?

i do mine in the oven, though they dont brown however you cook them

Make sure you defrost them first they taste much better, i do mine in George Forman grill or i brush them with a little chicken bovril and do them in the oven. If i'm cooking savoury rice i chop a couple up and let them cook in with it. xxx

Oh my goodness, I did them in a tinfoil 'packet' in the oven with some stock and carrots, and they have come out really well. I can't believe the difference - thanks so much everyone!

I do mine in my George, too. It really browns them and then they're lovely cold.
Nice is casserole type dishes, too.

I find they turn out best in a casserole, but I also grill them and they do go brown. If I'm really starving hungry and need a big sausage sandwich NOW, I zap them in the microwave for 2 mins. They don't go brown but they go hot, which is all that matters when you need a sausage sandwich NOW. :D

I cook mine in the oven. I love them in a sarnie. I also chop them up in savoury rice and take to work for lunch

I usually zap mine in the microwave, though I think I'll try them in the foil packet in the oven - sounds good! :D
