well I'v decided half way through w1 to start writing wat I eat each day, better late than never :D

saturday 14th feb 2009

lots of sugar free lemon juice

breakfast (work 6 t 2)

ham and cheese salad 4
pineapple 1.5

dinner
curly wurly 2.5 lol no time to eat

tea

stir fry 0
large chicken breast wrapped in bacon with smoked cheese in the middle 10 ?
grapes 3

snack fruites 0.5

I think I need to be more organised he he

Well feel like poo again my throat is sore and was given a hol at work so back in bed so breakfast can wait lol
