Day 10 now!!

I have to sy i am really enjoying this diet. I have found it really easy and have been over the moon with my weight loss so far.
I feel now that my body has got used to this, and things are slowing a little.
Do you think i will lose more weight or is that it? I have been doing some excersise as well to try to speed things up (only walking!).
I still have a long way to go, but i have heard that these type of diets stop working -can anyone reassure me?
