Help What's Happening?

Really struggling I had my 3rd weigh in on Thursday night, only to find I had stayed the same! I've had 2 good losses 10lbs and 8lbs, and have done nothing different and stuck to it 100%, the only thing I have done is replace a soup with a bar, would this make a difference, any suggestions, thanks Julie:sigh:

I posted a post just like yours yesterday! I didn't stay the same but didn't loose much. I was told that a week three plateau is common, and that the bars do effect some people, but not a lot, and you only had one so should be ok.
You are doing great and if you are sticking to it 100% then you have to loose weight! Also, is it your time of the month??

Hi please dont be disheartened just wait till nect weeks weigh in it will catch up with itself dont you worry i have weeks when the weight loss is not what ive hoped for but quite often what doesnt show on the scales is seen on the tape measure have you been measuring? Keep going you are doing really well x x x
 
Aaah thanks for your messages of support, just needed those words of encouragement, you obviously all know how hard it is and the pressure we put on ourselves for weigh day! the thing that keeps us going! So here's to good weigh in's next week! Thanks again, Julie;)
 
It's just water playing tricks on you. Not to be indelicate, but are you near your period? I found that the week before and the week after my period that my loss would slow down significantly... but the weeks in between, I'd drop enough weight to make up for the slow weeks. You might be doing the same thing.
 
Hi thanks for your message, could be totm this week! I did pull myself together! and have stuck to it, as you say it should come off this week, it was just so disheartening but seeing on here how well people like you are doing so well, well done and thanks again:)
