can someone explain EE to me

as u prob know im new to slim world and always use my hx b on pots /bread im wondering if EE would suit me better ?

i can not get to a meeting untill next week so any help greatly appricated x

Free foods from green and red days can be eaten freely all day on Extra Easy.
You then have 1 HEXa and 1 HEXb choice.
You can still have your normal amounts of syns per day but you take the lowest syn value.
