carbs in a CS shake?

can anyone tell me how many carbs in a CS shake please?

have used all mine and never actually looked at this.. just want to see how they compare to a slimfast shake

the made up shakes have @24 carbs per 325ml.. and 34 for the powder (using 250ml semi skimmed milk) - might try it with water, or skimmed milk so could get it lower than that.

not using the slimfast bars they have miles more carbs than the atkins.

yeah i think they are quite sugary too, i bought some ages ago but gave them to my fella once i read the values in them
