BMI?

Crawling to the finish!
Is anyone doing lipotrim with a BMI under 25? My chemist told me the other day its possible to do it lower than this BMI as long as its not leaning toward unhealthy weight.... She was unsure of things tho, I thought we had to refeed at 25?? Im happy to go past though haha xx

Im not no.. But I think if you want go past you can... Until your at target weight :D

yey thats good news! Ive been struggling thinking Im close to refeeding but I dont have to worry now as I can set a lower Lipotrim target! xx

I think its fine as long as your BMI doesnt go underweight.. Then i cant see why they would let you risk your health on it

yay! I was struggling thinking I was close to refeed, but I can set a lower goal now :) xx

the chemist told me that as long as you dont go underweight on the bmi scale, you can basically pick any weight you want after 25..which is fine by me!

I had the same question, and emailed Lipotrim. They said you could use LT until you had a BMI of 20.

The recommendation of only using LT if your BMI is over 30, is a rule of thumb for pharmacists and GP's when it comes to telling their patients to try the program.

wow so I can keep going until Im 7s 10 if I like! shocking haha, well I hope I can continue to lose 3lbs per week once I get back to the 9's :) xxx

Thanks for this thread! Was getting worried that I wouldn't be allowed to carry on.

Have mentioned it a couple of times in the past and they were fine but when I said I wanted to be 10s (22.6 BMI) pharmacist made a comment 'oh you want to be all the way down here!' while pointing at the chart. And then this weight in said I didn't look like I weighed 12s (yeah clothed doesn't look so bad, naked I still have the shape of a sumo wrestler ) so not sure that he's going to be that happy for me to carry on. Just hoping I get one of the other three pharmacists for the next 7/8 weeks.

For those who are going for a low BMI you really need to make sure that your body fat percentage is low, and that your muscle mass is high, otherwise you can be at your ideal weight, but your body composition is still unhealthy.

very good point john

you know i dont even think about bmi that much its more about dress size for me...i think obviously having a healthy bmi is good but as long as you feel good then thats the main thing.. xx
