Cambridge Restarter Advice Needed !!!

Hi All

I am getting back onto Sole Source after just playing with it since xmas.

I can't remember if i can have tetra's in the 1st two weeks i know i can't have my bars. Can someone confirm this for me i have decorated and can't for the life of me find my cambridge books.
