Low Carb dressings?

Hi all

Can anyone recommend any low carb salad dressings or sauces for meat?

Doing my online shopping so I can start properly tomorrow woohoo!!!!

Cardini caesar is very nice and much lower carb than the other caesars. Their Ranch is nice too, but slightly higher.
Tesco own brand mayo is the lowest carb ive found.
Not sure about sauces for meat sorry. xx

maybe worcester sauce and crea mixed?

try mixing low carb mayo with things like mustard, curry powder, garlic etc.

if im roasting meat i tend to take the juices with some water / season to taste ect and add cream , sooo delicious but really rich , noy what id usually be having if i wasnt doing atkins , oooh life is good
