So excited.....week 4 weigh in...

Well it was my week 4 weigh in today and I lost 8lb...........:eek:

I was so hungry over the weekend that I had to step up to SS+ on Friday and Sunday evenings.

I cooked some quorn and added a small amount of frozen cabbage and mixed in some brocolli and cheese soup from the CD packet.

Because I did this I was convinced I wouldn't loose this week.

I've now lost 25lb in 4 weeks, I'm so chuffed.

It's my birthday on Friday too. :D

wow fantastic loss. Just wondering what kind of lifestyle you lead? Are you exercising? Quite active? Sedentary?


I'm a childminder so I spend a lot of time running around after children, I also have 4 of my own! Can have up to 11 children here so it's all go go go.

I don't do any formal exercise as such, the odd half hour on the Wii Fit is a far as it goes.

I drank 4 litres of water a day in week 4, was only doing 3 before. I think the water is the key.
 
That is a great weight loss and an even greater overall loss. Well done you :)
