Hi everyone, Ive lost 2lbs this week. Not a huge amount but I've struggled with cravings. I really need to drink more water but I find it difficult during the day as I work in the community and cant always find a loo nearby.
Anyway, I'm pleased to have lost 12lbs in three weeks and Im determined to get into jeans!!

You could try having more water when you drink your shakes? ... A glass before and after - just an idea.

Understand what you mean about needing the loo if you up the water intake.
In my last job I had to do home visits in the community, and I always used to use the loos in Supermarkets.
Maybe you could try that (plus patients never seemed to mind me asking to use the loo either)

Well done on your loss, thats an average of 4lb a week, you wouldnt do that with a normal slimming club......Keep it up, you are doing really well.
