Having a tough day?

Crawling to the finish!
I need some inspiration please guys, Im stuggling to keep my mind on the diet. Im so close to being classed as healthy the temptation is getting the better of me. Im so miserable on this diet, its really taking it toll on me, but of course im miserable being overweight which is why im on it! What do you guys suggest I do? Ive done all the washing up and nothing left to do....dont want to crack:cry:

drink water slow sips... not too much at a go.. you'll be kept busy peeing for the rest of the day!

go for a walk.. watch some tv.. spend ur day here!
 
You've done so well up to now don't let it slip just cos of a few weak moments. Keep your eye on your goal and remind yourself of how well you have done so far. Keep going, you can do it!
 
thanks guys, im still on the straight and narrow, sipping lots of water, just waiting for my mum to come around to take my mind off it hopefully for abit! I just know tonight is going to be tough! Thanks again xx
 
Try keeping yourself busy. Go for a walk in the park, avoid the shops where you might be tempted to buy a snack.

Or listen to music.

Or find a new hobby which keeps the hands busy. Drawing, art, something like that.

you have done real well so what ever it was thats got you through the past weeks, use that.

if i get them feelings i just do something to totally take my mind off it like exercise, films, games etc
